We are seeking an Account Executive who loves serving people, whether you come from a customer service background or are already an experienced insurance agent. If you have a strong background in employee benefits, health insurance, or ancillary insurance (Aflac, Colonial Life, etc.), thats a plus but what matters most is your desire to help others, build lasting relationships with employers and employees, and take ownership of the businesses in your care. What Youll Do Develop and nurture relationships with employer groups and their employees. You will work closely with an insurance expert to enroll employees inhealth, dental, vision, disability, and critical illness plans. Help get quotes together. Learn new smarter computer systems Represent our mission and uphold our core values: Own It Take initiative and accountability. Happy to Help Serve with a positive, solution-focused mindset. What Were Looking For Someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills A strategic thinker with initiative and heart Passionate about serving others while growing professionally Experience in employee benefits or health/ancillary insurance (Aflac, Colonial Life, HR Dept, etc.) is a bonus WI Health Insurance License (ideal but not required) Why Join Us?
