You will work closely with technicians and customers to provide
clear communication, timely updates, and exceptional service.
Responsibilities Greet customers and understand their vehicle
service needs. Communicate repair details and estimates to
customers clearly and professionally. Coordinate service
appointments and monitor repair progress. Work closely with
technicians to ensure timely and accurate service. Maintain
detailed records of customer interactions and service orders.
Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements Previous dealer experience in automotive service
advising required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced
environment. Knowledge of automotive repair processes and
terminology is a plus. Proficiency with computer systems and
service management software. Valid driver’s license. Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, paid
