Position: Salesforce Developer Location: Waukegan, IL Duration: 6-12 Months you will be involved in agile development projects and enhancements to our existing sales platform. The position is primarily a development position but will require some administration and high-level support. We are looking for someone who loves to learning, working in fast-paced environments, detail oriented with the ability to envision the bigger picture, self-motivated, and self-managed. You will be working in a small and dedicated team guaranteed to keep you challenged and learning. A Day in the Life of a Salesforce Developer: Design and develop new functionality based on business requirements Create test classes and perform required testing on new development Review and adjust system settings to proper visibility and security Manage sandbox and deployment Document functionality and changes to the system Perform daily administrative tasks such as maintenance or creation of custom objects, custom fields, validations, workflows, e-mail template, data-loads, etc. Provide high-level support to a small group of advanced Salesforce users What You Have: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Development Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, web services (SOAP or REST) and Visualforce/APEX API integration and/or development experience Salesforce Developer Certification, higher certifications are a plus Ability to develop requirements for applications based on user input and needs Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign-on, and duplicate management Expert at defining the system architecture landscape and identifying gaps between current solution and desired solution Strong problem solving, priority setting, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills Only GC/USC needed. Position: Salesforce Architect Location: Waukegan, IL Duration: 6-12 Months The Salesforce Architect is responsible for meeting, communicating and reviewing CRM requirements. Will work directly with the CRM team and clients to determine, design and implement CRM solution. Work closely with internal and external teams on various projects related to CRM. -- Work within CRM team to review customer needs on a regular basis -- Develop and document CRM plans and strategies for client''s review -- Meet with clients to review, document and communicate CRM requirements -- Maintain SalesForce.com training and certification on a regular basis -- Work with clients to understand CRM requirements and map to technology -- Document requirements gathered from clients and present them back for signoff -- Work with clients to design and implement CRM solution -- Understand and document requirements for configuring, test and launch CRM solution -- Collaborate and communicate with multiple client teams and vendors as needed in the scope of the project -- Participate in weekly project resource meetings -- Ensure that all time tracking is on time and completed for projects Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing CRM solutions from start to finish 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator or Salesforce system implementer SalesForce.com Administrator certification strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree Required Strong understanding of SalesForce.com best practices and functionality Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests and manage laterally and upward with a positive attitude Excellent interpersonal communication skills Experience working with sandbox and production environments to manage the distribution of system functional or process changes Excellent data skills from mapping to scheduling data integration and ETL and data analysis Excellent analysis skills Strong knowledge of the sales cycle and how CRM plays a role as a sales solution Experience working with Salesforce doing custom reporting, modifying pages, views and dashboards, etc. Experience working with workflows and triggers to automate tasks Solid understanding of sales and marketing analytics, including reporting on pipeline health, forecasting, campaign effectiveness and data-quality metrics
