This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.We will count on you to:

• Develop high-complexity presentations and communications to drive internal and client meetings.
• Create pricing structures for complex projects and develop proposals to enhance relationships with existing clients and attract new ones.
• Provide expert advice to clients on project approaches, methodologies, and tools to guide their risk programs and initiatives.
• Execute strategies to expand successful business relationships with clients and grow the books.
• Leverage industry trends in risk management to provide actionable insights into clients' business and risk management environments.
• Lead small projects and progressively take on more complex and unique projects.What you need to have:

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $89,400 to $190,400.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
