million.Job Summary: The Maintenance Storeroom Coordinator is
responsible for managing the entire spare parts and tool room
process. Manages maintenance inventory by purchasing, receiving,
storing, and issuing hand tools, machine tools and spare parts.Team
spirit and commitment to customer service is required.This position
is responsible for managing all activities related to purchasing
and inventorying of the spare parts and tool room by performing the
following duties personally or through peers.Primary
Responsibilities: --- Maintain a clean and orderly 5S storeroom---
Work closely with the planning/scheduling department--- Provide
inventory reporting to finance; ensure finance approval of all
stock adjustments, min/max adjustments and obsolete part
write-off--- Monitor min/max levels and order point information---
Use best practice inventory management practices--- Coordinate
activities with other disciplines (purchasing, operations,
management, maintenance, engineering) to ensure a high support of
maintenance activities--- Provide monthly KPI reports to the
maintenance manager--- Coordinate special parts orders with
maintenance--- Attend maintenance and planning meetings--- Maintain
open lines of communication--- Establish and maintain standard
operating procedures for major work systems within the plant
storeroom: Parts set-up, Parts replenishment, Parts issue, Parts
return, Parts repair and re-stock, Parts kitting, Inventory process
(Annual and Cycle Count)--- Performs all other duties as
assigned.Requirements:--- High school/GED with equivalent
experience; Associates degree in maintenance technology,
preferred.--- 5-7 years of Maintenance & Reliability experience
preferred--- 2-3 years of Maintenance MRO and non-stock purchasing
experience preferred--- Demonstrated experience with CMMS
(Computerized Maintenance Management System) specifically with
stores control--- Experience participating or coordinating the
organization of stores, technical workshops or similar
workplaces--- Proficient in Microsoft Office--- Strong
interpersonal skills and communication skills (both written and
oral)--- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
and handle multiple tasksPhysical Demands--- Ability to work

tasksPhysical Demands:While performing the duties of this job,
frequent sitting, talking, hearing, and occasional standing,
stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, lifting 50lbs, ability to
adjust vision for close vision work. Exposure to airborne dust,
high humidity and extreme heat are possible in the plant.
