• Ensure effective operation of bike and scooter capacities and station performance.
• Perform field-based tasks to support system operations.
• Perform duties outside regular responsibilities as needed.Qualifications
  • Active driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet KPIs.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with company-provided technology.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.Additional InformationTeam members may be assigned duties outside their responsibilities due to the nature of the work.
