Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex Positions Available!

* Multiple shifts: Day / Evening / Night / Weekend.
* $2.50 differential for working hours deemed eligible for shift and weekend premium.
* Starting salary is determined based on qualifications.
* Staff & BH RN pay range $29.18 - $34.13 hr.

* Manager pay Range $69,160.00 - $80,928.64 Annually

Multiple locations across Lake County.

Flex/PRN positions are not eligible for sign-on bonuses.

Essential Functions

All Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for direct care of clients, including crisis intervention and triage on admission, participates in developing treatment plans with clients, provides emergency assessment for hospitalizations, and reports supply needs to Nurse Manager, if applicable to the program.
* Provides professional nursing care, including administering medications, according to physician's orders in conformance with recognized nursing techniques and procedures, established standards and administrative policies of the department.

BH/Psych Nurse Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for the care of high-risk clients and crisis intervention. You will serve as a liaison to community agencies, participate in the development and/or assessment of treatment plans, participates in the development of services for high-risk populations, in residential and/or outpatient settings.

Public Health NurseResponsibilities

* Implements outcome-oriented nursing process (assessment of the community, family, and client health needs, formulates goals with the client, develops, implements, and evaluates care plan and client's progress) for clients in assigned geographic areas or clinics.

Nurse Manager Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for managing the daily operations related to care team responsibilities including the direct supervision of the Medical Assistants (MA) and Registered Nurses (RN).This position is a working RN role and will spend approximately 50% time performing administrative duties and 50% time providing direct client care. The Nurse Manager will work in a dyad with the Office Manager to ensure optimal client flow, improved client experience and standardization of operations in the health center to identified best practice standards.

Knowledge Skills Abilities and Education Required

For All RN positions:

* Licensed in the state of Illinois as a Registered Nurse (RN).
* Ability to access pertinent patient information utilizing electronic health record.
* Ability to make decisions quickly based on medical knowledge and established protocols.
* Ability to schedule appointments and document in NextGen.

For Behavioral Health positions:

* Associate's degree, five years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing is required, OR
* Bachelor's degree, one year of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing is required, OR
* Master's degree, no experience is required.

For Nurse Managerpositions:

* Minimum five years of professional nursing experience including two years' clinical supervisory experience, preferably in a medical practice setting.
* Current American Health Association Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification.
* For internal candidates - 5 years of nursing experience. Clinical supervisory experience requirements may be offset by performance, skills and leadership potential demonstrated during time as an employee.
