Description:
This role supports our centralized shopping cart request process
and governance within IS. All requests for a cart come into a
SharePoint portal and are acted upon by this team. This portal will
be moving to Service Now by October 2022. This team creates the
shopping cart, makes updates as needed; works with requestor for
missing information; ensures PO is created and ordered. SRM is
expected to transition to Ariba in early 2023. There will be a
