SUMMARY:
Provides professional-level People Operations/Human Resources
services to all employee-owners, and assists in supporting all
Nosco facilities, consistent with our Shared Services model.
This role involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our
company's talent pipeline and improve our strategic processes. This
position requires the ability to work autonomously and efficiently
to ensure completion of People Operations projects and tasks.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES (THE "WHAT"):
PO site coordinator for multiple Nosco sites - responsible for the
overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of People
Operations functions. The functions may include assist with
employee relations, responding to inquiries regarding policies,
benefits, procedures/programs, training, and policy
implementation.
Responsible for managing the onboarding process for all new Nosco
employee-owners, including orientations. Complete monthly HR audits
to ensure completion of onboarding processes. Manage completion of
I9 process.
Assists with recruiting for multiple Nosco sites. Confers with
management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job
specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills. Screens and
refers candidates for additional interviews with others in
organization. Utilizes internet online recruiting sources to
identify and recruit candidates.
Demonstrates thorough familiarity with the HRIS (WFN) system,
developing reports and assuring proper data collection and
interface with payroll function. Is the designated "go to" person
for systems questions and issues.
Responsible for managing temporary employee process. Interviews and
screens temp to perm applicants to fill primarily entry level and
technical job openings, with a view to building the organization
for the future.
All other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong organizational, writing, and computer skills. Must have high
competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Maturity, judgment, and integrity. A high level of confidentiality
is essential.
Strong attention to detail, work ethic and professional, positive,
supportive demeanor.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting or
Business/Management role.
Ability to travel to various Nosco locations in Illinois and
Wisconsin.
Physical requirements: ability to sit, stand and walk for extended
periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and
occasionally lift up to 40 pounds, regular exposure to
manufacturing operations, work at a computer for extended periods
of time, and have manual dexterity for computer work.
Long periods of concentration.
Speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job
functions.
