Job Description:

SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine! - We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. - Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential. Responsibilities

Vacuuming
Mopping
Bonneting
Extraction (wet/dry)
Strip & wax floor
Carpet spot removal
Transport equipment, tools and supplies
Move furniture before/after clean
Communicate changes, progress or problem areas Qualifications
- 6 months experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred
- A background and drug test will be required -Available Shift: -5pm- 1:30am Compensation: - $14.00-$15.00 per hour
