The Lead Pricing & Analytics Specialist within the Credit Governance Risk and Control (CGRC) team will support credit risk functions and other card related activities. Responsible for coordinating enterprise problem management processes within the Analytics and Credit Strategy team including: reporting, remediation and system repairs of issues identified. Responsibilities:

• Manages enterprise problem management processes including: reporting, remediation, and system repairs
• Participates in exam management and audits as needed
• Manage process improvement projects
• As needed, manage customer communications projects included, terms level, privacy notice, and credit risk strategies
• As needed, support communication content development, legal reviews, implementations and validations
• Supports communication content development, legal reviews, implementations, and validations.
• Manages communication project budgets.
• Manages operational risk event processes including: reporting, remediation, and system repairs.
• Manages customer communication projects including: terms level, privacy notice, and credit risk strategies.
• Manage process improvements projects.Qualifications:Bachelors in Finance, Business, Economics4+ years of professional experience in financial services, credit risk, management analytics, consumer lending.Preferred:6+ years of professional experience in financial services, credit risk, management analytics, consumer lending.#LI-LG1What are you waiting for?
