The Sales Incentive Representative will be primarily responsible to support the sales incentive processes and tools.  Responsibilities will include sales incentive process optimization, sales incentive data analysis and sales incentive plan management,  You will work with sales staff and other sales operation teams to support best practices in sales forecasting, reporting, and training


  • Supports and works within sales incentive structure framework and processes to enable the Commercial organization through effective incentive strategies.
  • Plans, coordinates and administers all commercial SIP Plans and plan documents.
  • Assists with supporting a structured analytics and modeling framework that drives effective use of organizational capital in compensating and motivating the commercial organization.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.

Performs other duties as directed

  • 4 years of formal education with University degree or certification or equivalent experience
  • 2-plus years in an Analyst or similar role;
  • Experience with working in and supporting common workflows and processes in technology solutions
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams effectively

An independent and resourceful problem solver who can operate effectively in fast paced and demanding environment
