BrightStar Care, the nation’s leading home care and medical staffing franchisor, is continuing to grow. 

The primary function of the National Accounts Coordinator is to work with Franchisees to credential with National Accounts and provide information and support as necessary to help Franchisees work with National Accounts to support growth of the National Account program, additionally provides National Accounts reporting, analysis, and administrative support to the National Accounts Team.

This position is located within the Franchise Support Center located in Gurnee, Illinois. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                           

* Initiate and support the administration of National Account credentialing and sign-up process with Franchisees and National Account Partners * Provide Customer Service and Administration support to Franchisees and National Account Partners to support day-today business activities * Respond to Support Center tickets and questions from Franchisees on National Accounts * Supports National Accounts Program growth initiatives with reporting, analysis, and project management * Coordinate National Account Corrective Action Reports for Franchisee service or quality complaints * Assist in hosting webinar and classroom training for Franchisees on National Accounts Program  


PC/Microsoft Office Proficiency
