Who We Are:
Waukegan Community Unit School District No. 60 serves nearly
17,000 students in preschool through grade 12 and is located
halfway between Chicago, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin on the
shores of Lake Michigan. Our District has one early learning
center, 15 elementary schools, five middle schools and a high
school program divided between two 9 - 12th grade campuses. The
District encompasses portions of Waukegan, Beach Park and Park

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Evaluator will be directly responsible to the Child Find
Coordinator and indirectly responsible to the Director for Diverse
Learners and related service personnel on site.
Responsibilities: Conduct Occupational Therapy evaluations;
write OT reports based on evaluations; present report at IEP
Eligibility meetings; write and present OT goals; make
recommendations for appropriate classrooms; speak with medical
providers and OT's as deemed necessary and as provided medical
releases indicate from parent; complete all appropriate IEP
Qualifications: Must have a valid Illinois License/Occupational
Additional Information: Hours will be determined based on
sceduled evaluations. Time is allotted for completing the
assessments; completing the write-up of the evluation and IEP (if
applicable); and attending meetings.

Professional Development Days: June 10th -11th. Daily attendance
and Professional Development is mandatory.
