School Social Worker for Child Find Summer Evaluations
Who We Are:
Waukegan Community Unit School District No. 60 serves nearly
17,000 students in preschool through grade 12 and is located
halfway between Chicago, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin on the
shores of Lake Michigan. Our District has one early learning
center, 15 elementary schools, five middle schools and a high
school program divided between two 9 - 12th grade campuses. The
District encompasses portions of Waukegan, Beach Park and Park

The Evaluator will be directly responsible to the Child Find
Coordinator and indirectly responsible to the Director of Special
Education Compliance and Monitoring and related service personnel
Location: Lincoln Center/District Wide
Responsibilities: Candidates will work during the summer on
designated days to complete summer evaluations and attend IEP
meetings from 6/14/2021-7/16/2021.
Qualifications: Must have a valid Illinois Type 73/School Social
Salary: $35.00 per hour
Additional Information: Candidates will work during the summer
from 6/14/2021-7/16/2021 on designated days.

Social Workers for the Child Find Evaluation Team will attend
the Professional Development Day, June 10th or 11th, 2021, and will
attend IEP meetings on an as needed basis June 14th - July 16th,
2021, Monday through Friday.
