If you have a passion for the local church and helping Christians grow their leadership to maximize Kingdom impact, please consider applying for a summer intern position. Dates: June 7 - Aug 13, 2021, 40 hrs/wk (higher during peak periods). Purpose: The Guest Services Representative is our front-line contact to serve our guests registering for The Global Leadership Summit - the online experience or those attending in-person at 600+ sites across the country. Customer support can include phone, email and online engagement.Primary Responsibilities: Interact with guests on a continual basis daily in receiving calls and responding to e-mails Daily process data entry that is received through phone, e-mail and mail into our CRM for guest registrations, membership orders and resource orders; daily process any edits to "empty" registrations and registrations needing changes The majority of time will be serving guests through inbound calls or responding to e-mails Other research, operational projects as assigned and data validation Become knowledgeable in our membership program to inform guests about partnership and benefitsQualificationsPosition Requirements: Ability to remain positively engaged during long periods on the phone Comfort engaging with guests via the phone and in e-mail and chat Fluency in Microsoft Office products Ability to manage projects under pressure Strong interpersonal/teaching skills Comfort in talking with senior leaders Team-oriented: willingness to serve as needed High attention to detail Ability to speak multiple languages (preferred) Ability to multi-task At least two completed years of high school Strong communication and customer service skill set Basic understanding of the internet and chat rooms.
