If this sounds about right then check out the job details below!What you'll do in this role:As a Loan Processor, you'll work closely with sales team members and vendors and process and fund approved loan packages. This is a great job for someone who values working with colleagues andis process and detailed oriented.This work includes:Taking part in working on loan files by first reviewing supporting documents and communicating with the member for outstanding conditions on the loan.Building relationships with vendors and establishing a strong connection with them as you work their file through to closing.Processing related documentation and evaluate funded loans to ensure required documentation has been acquiredSending a finalized contract to the borrower, ensuring the contract is fully executed by the borrower and disburse the loanWorking out of a LOS (loan origination system) to keep track of files and pull necessary data.What we're looking for:A high school diploma or equivalent is required.1 year of experience in loan processing or related positions in industries such as Insurance, Real Estate, Title Companies, Lending, or related financial institutions preferred.Time management and organizational skills - must have the ability and drive to meet deadlines!Enthusiasm to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Loan Origination Systems or related.Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 hrs/day and on rotating Saturdays:M-F between 8:00 AM- 6:00 PMRotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM- 2:00 PM
