Information Analysis - Scientist II / North Chicago, IL Kelly Services is currently seeking a Information Analysis - Scientist II for one of our top clients in North Chicago, IL Duration: 12 months Pay: $33/hr - $36/hr As a Information Analysis - Scientist II placed with Kelly Services you will be responsible for analysis of Auto Injector manufacturing reject data, Kistler force curve data and Zwick final release test data, collected from device sub-assembly and final-assembly lines. Responsibilities:Your role will initially include, but will be not limited to the following:* Evaluate data received from multiple manufacturing sites for completeness and accuracy.* Manage, organize and periodically archive the data from the two data collection PCs.* Check data integrity and correct misaligned batch information for Kistler curve files.* Using the XML parsing programs create combined CSV files that will be used by Spotfire for further charting and analysis.* Using Spotfire analysis tools identify unusual profiles in a batch, compare selected curves to know good curve and known defect curves, overlay max force limits and evaluation windows.* Create Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations summarizing the Spotfire analysis results.* Using SAP verify data integrity and accuracy of records and spreadsheets.* Provide support in ad-hoc data analysis and data mining exercises/investigationsREQUIREMENTS:* BA/BS in an Analytical field (may consider other technical fields.* 3 to 5 years of experience in a Analytical field or similar field or * Problem solving ability* Familiarity with SQL and or Amazon Redshift* Strong communication skills written and verbal* Advanced skills in MS Excel* Quantitative mindset and analytical capabilities* Strong communication skills* Experience in the following systems will be considered a plus: Spotfire, SAP, MS SQL. Excel (including VBA), Discoverant, Pipeline Pilot and QlickSense.* Preferred skills but not required: Spotfire, Discoverant, Pipeline Pilot, Qliksense software experience, R programming languageImportant information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
