Welders – Join a Leader in Manufacturing Location: Dyer, IN Pay Rate: $21.40/hour Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Mon-Fri About the Role: Our client, a respected leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking Welders to join their production team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are top priorities. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and repair machined and welded parts. Diagnose malfunctions in post-build products. Perform welding repairs and straightening operations. Conduct quality checks to ensure product conformity with company standards. What You’ll Need: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 years of experience in welding and straightening operations. Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Preferred Skills: Strong attention to detail. Commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
