join our Team as an SCA Stock Clerk for inventory, control and
movement of property related to the Northrop Grumman Corporation in
Rolling Meadows, Illinois. Candidates will be required to interface
with engineering, quality, program management and customers. Good
interpersonal skills are required. Key Responsibilities: • Perform
material inventories, general packaging, and shipping related
responsibilities. • Communicate with a diverse group of
supervisors, managers and peers from multiple disciplines and
organizational levels. Periodically lift and move heavy items.
Validate all property against receipt documentation, stock items,
assign locations and verify physical balances. Pick and issue
materials necessary to satisfy in-house demands or outbound
shipments; ensure proper stock rotation using First In-First Out
(FIFO) inventory system. Accurately transact all movements of
property using a computer-based inventory control program. Preform
physical inventory and input data into the inventory control
program; perform general research of material transactions to
resolve out of balance discrepancies. Perform packaging and
un-packaging related responsibilities, including loading and
unloading trucks sing pallet jacks or a lift truck. Basic
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum
of 3 years of experience in inventory or warehousing. Basic
computer knowledge. Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
from the floor to waist level. Ability to read, correctly
comprehend, and follow written English instructions. Ability to
obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security
clearance. Security clearance is not required to start. Must be a
US Citizen Microsoft Office basic skills Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in ERP and MES systems. Military Supply
knowledge Experience driving a Forklift A current DoD Secret
Security Clearance (or higher). NG Skills Primary Level Salary
Range: $23.46 - $23.46 The above salary range represents a general
guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors
when determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
(PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. The application period
