In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline operations for our customers.What you'll do:

• Develop and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with the technology team to ensure RPA solutions meet the needs of the product.
• Write and maintain code for RPA processes, ensuring they are reliable and efficient.
• Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure proper functioning and integration with existing systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RPA technology and EHR systems.
• Support and gather feedback from medical professionals and other stakeholders.Requirements:
• Proven experience with UiPath or similar RPA tools.
• Strong understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and workflows.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in RPA (e.g., Python, .NET).
• Experience in analyzing, designing, and developing automation solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
• A passion for healthcare technology and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
• Certifications in UiPath or other RPA tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.Compensation:The base compensation range for the role is: $65,000-$80,000 based on leveling and desired cash/equity split.
