TITLE: Infor Birst BI DeveloperDURATION: 6-12 months contractLOCATION: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)Job Description:Our client is a leading distributor of home building and design products located in Chicago land, Illinois area. They are seeking a Business Intelligence report developer with strong Infor Birst business analytics experience to support their new implementation. Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI and Infor Birst is a must. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to corporate location on a monthly basis to work with the business users and analytics teams.Experience Required:

• Strong ERP integration/implementation experience
• Ability to work with existing functional consultants and functional leads to rationalize legacy reports against additional functionality in new ERP/TMS/WMS.
• Works under minimal supervision, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish the conversion of legacy reports into Birst reports.
• Design, develop and validate Birst reports by analyzing and understanding user and business requirements.
• Modifying backend data source for PowerBi reports where conversion to Birst is not an option or not advisable.
• Develop a method to download from the data lake into new data warehouse in an automated, regular fashion so that certain PowerBi reports that combine data from M3 along with outside sources could remain unchanged.
• Provide coaching, training and checks the work of company analysts.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of the larger project team
