Network AdministratorJob DescriptionCFS Technology has been contacted by a longtime client that has a long term need for a talented Network Administrator.CFS Technology works hard and diligently on your behalf to make certain that your next career move is the best choice you have made.We will assign a dedicated recruiter who will get to know you, learn about your skills, your goals and your preferences, and then match you with the right company that will be the right fit for you to have a happy and productive career - all free of charge for you.Job Responsibilities--- Perform diagnose and resolve problems on computer and IT infrastructure as servers, networking, phones, etc--- Set up computers and necessary peripheral devices as well as Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications--- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate software and computer equipment--- Train users on supported software and hardware with understanding of technology from a user perspective as well as technical perspective--- Support user ERP [Netsuite] training--- Support Netsuite maintenance - including 3rd party customization projects (Assist with facilitating Communication between Department Managers and IT Consultants--- Ability to create/build advanced workflows--- Manage various Excel and Access data bases outside of ERP systemRequirements--- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position--- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills--- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills--- Understanding of diverse computer systems and networks--- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles--- Relevant knowledge in AD, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft Exchange 2013 SO Windows--- Desirable experience working with SQL, VMware and Contact Center platforms--- Knowledge and/or experience working in NetSuite ERP/CRM systems#CFSNOV2021
