Provide support to HR Manager
Assist with recruiting, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Maintain new hire and benefit paperwork
Facilitate the onboarding process
Assist with payroll and running reports through ADP
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Enter new hire data into HRIS system and create security badges
Maintain employee records
