Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintaining constant
vigilance and supervision of guests in the Hurricane Harbor
waterparkRecognizing and managing aquatic emergencies by utilizing
skills taught by Ellis & Associates ILTPAssisting guests with
questions concerning rides, directions, and policiesMaintaining a
"Test Ready" skill level at all timesAdhering to all policies,
practices, and procedures outlined in the Ellis & Associates ILTP
programAttending monthly scheduled in-service training
sessionsAssisting in other areas of the Aquatics Department - - - -
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Enforcing all Six Flags
policiesPerforming all other incidental and related duties as
required and assignedSkills and Qualifications:At least 15 years
oldMust be able to swim and be comfortable in water up to 5 feet
deepMust have the ability to read, speak, and comprehend the
English languageMust successfully complete the Ellis & Associates
Shallow Water Lifeguard Course
