We're preparing to open a new venue in River North and expand leadership at Oakbrook Center. This is your chance to help shape both. The Role We’re hiring a passionate, proactive Dual Site Leader to oversee both venues. You’ll run daily operations, lead two teams, and drive guest experience, local marketing, and business growth. Key Info - Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 - Bonus: Up to 10 percent annual performance incentive - Start: ASAP - Probation: All new hires are subject to a 90 day probationary period. During this time, performance, reliability, and team fit will be assessed to determine continued employment. What You’ll Do - Lead daily operations at River North and Oakbrook - Recruit, coach, and develop team members - Ensure smooth, safe, five star guest experiences - Cover solo shifts as needed within a lean labor model - Manage payroll, scheduling, and operational budgets - Track KPIs like revenue, guest satisfaction, and labor costs - Support local marketing, sales outreach, and community events - Work with HQ partners in Tech, HR, and Marketing What You Bring - Two or more years as a GM or multi site leader in hospitality, retail, or entertainment - Hands on leadership style and guest first mindset - Experience with scheduling, payroll, P&L, and POS - Bonus: food and beverage, group sales, or local marketing background Benefits - Medical and dental insurance - 401k - Paid vacation and holidays - Mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program - Early access to games and product testing - Fast paced, high energy work culture
