Bambu is an asian inspired drinks where customer can enjoy varieties of Vietnamese desserts (CHE), smoothies, juices, teas or coffees just the way they love it. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, prep and make the drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail. Responsibility: - Opening and closing procedures - Prepping ingredients to make drinks - Taking and making drinks order from in-person order, phone order, or delivery platform - Answering questions about menu or drink items - Entering order properly into POS system, taking payment and closed check - Ensuring the shop is clean and organized Qualifications: - bilingual in English and Vietnamese - Previous experience as a bobarista is preferred - Friendly and outgoing personality - Excellent communication skills - Ability to meet the physical demands of the position - Familiarity with food safety guidelines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Team players who communicate well P.S.: Looking for candidate who are fluent in English and Vietnamese
