Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Enforce and abide by Six Flags regulations
  
  
  • 
    
  • Maintain product and prep levels to meet business' daily needs
    
  • Ensure guests interaction and satisfaction is priority
    
  • Knowledge on products being sold, and overall park knowledge
    
  • Ensure all vending carts are equipped with all products, utensils, and functioning properly
    
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to meet company and department goals
    
  • Responsible for ensuring that products being sold is upholding recipe/picture perfect standards
    
  • Log all inventory levels and minimize supply waste throughout the day
    
  • Accurately fill out vending logs throughout the day and complete nightly cart inspections
    
  • Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling product and equipment
    
  • Keep up with daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment, carts, cases and shelves with organization and sanitation of all backrooms, prep areas, supplies
    
  • Ensures the high standards of Food Safety and Sanitation within the Health Department guidelines

    • Assisting in other areas within the Food and Beverage Operations Department
      
      Skills and Qualifications:
      
      • 
        
      • Minimum age: 16+
        
      • Outgoing, professional, and friendly demeanor
        
      • Demonstrate good communication and decision-making skills
        
      • Be able to work independently with little supervision
        
      • Ability to train, multitask, work well with others and follow directions
        
      • Ability to work, stand and walk for up to 6 hours at a time in all weather conditions
        
      • Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
        
        Other Functions: All other duties necessary to support the park as a whole.
