*$1000 Sign On Bonus!*Weekly Pay ($22/hour) + Monthly Bonus IncentivesWeekend 2nd Shift Sat-Sun 5:00PM-5:00AMMidway Staffing is looking for an On-Site Supervisor to join our team!The On-Site Supervisor partners with the client's management team, as well as Midway Staffing's branch personnel, to support our clients' staffing and daily operation needs. In this role, you will help manage the respective clients new hire onboarding and payroll process, safety training and daily reporting. You will also oversee and coach our contract workers, providing exceptional customer service while promoting a positive work environment.Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with the clients onboarding process which includes onboarding paper, on the job training, and orientation.
• Assist with client's payroll functions which includes submitting timecards, reviewing assignments, administering checks, and reviewing payroll reports.
• Conduct safety training for all new hires onsite in addition to daily site walkthroughs for safety checks.
• Maintain daily communication and relationship with the respective client leadership team.
• Prepare and deliver daily reports for respective clients, reports can include rosters, attendance, and safety reporting.
• Assists the Midway Staffing recruitment team with posting jobs on electronic job boards, sourcing candidates, and initial screening of candidates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Skills Needed to succeed:
  • Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish Required.
  • Prior On-Site or staffing experience a plus, but we will train the right candidate!
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
