Job Description:
Job Description Averus provides fire protection services to
businesses throughout the USA. We build relationships with
customers and other vendors, to help facilitate safe facilities. We
are not a call center and are looking for an individual that is
dedicated, likes variety in their work, enjoys working with others,
and maintains a professional disposition at all times. After an
initial training period, you will be responsible for after-hours
service requests (paid an additional $150/week), with a company
cell phone and laptop (on average there are only a couple each
month). You will be the liaison between our customer and our
service partners, managing your customer's required fire services,
providing repair quotes, and related needs via multiple outlets:
phone, email, software programs, and others. You will work to
resolve customer questions, provide guidance on customer issues,
assist in facilitating solutions and offer solutions while
developing a rapport with your customers. We are looking for a
professional, responsible, committed team player to work on our
Account Management team. Account Manager Core Responsibilities:
Ability to work daily Monday through Friday, with an After Hours
Phone On a Rotating Schedule (after hours is an additional
$150/week and normally there are only a few calls per month,
averaging 15 minutes to resolve) Previous office experience or a
similar environment helpful Proficiency in using phones, computers,
& email Self-starter with excellent time management and
follow-through, the ability to multi-task is a must Develop and
maintain positive customer relations to provide outstanding
customer service Receive and handle customer and service partner
calls and email requests Manage real-time inquires while keeping
track of and responding to commitments to follow up with
customer/service partner inquiries Identify, research, and resolve
customer issues Source new service partners to perform services
Resolve or escalate disputes Maintain open communication with
service partners to assist in the completion of work within the
allotted time and ensure work meets the entire scope of service, is
warrantied, and meets the local/state requirement Provide feedback
on customer interactions to ensure strategies and policies are in
place to attract and retain customers Additional duties include
communication, updating databases with the required information as
needed, meeting with the team to support customer goals, and others
as assigned. Role model and demonstrate professionalism in
communication, relationship development, customer service, etc.---
