Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ABAClinical Director to join our team! As a Clinical Director, you will oversee all of the day-to-day operations of the clinic and staff. This will include hiring and training staff, overseeing programs and developing both current and new programs, ensuring regulations on a state and federal level are being followed properly, and continually maintaining client and staff satisfaction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, focused, and has a clear understanding of what it takes to run a successful clinic. Responsibilities - Responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for the clinic, including services delivered, safety regulations, and current and future programs - Ensuring all programs adhere to ABA best practices , ethical guidelines from the BACB and compliance with all regulatory - Monitoring and analyzing client progressdata to make data-driven decisions and adjust treatment plans as nedeed - Ensure proper compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures - Recruit new staff and ensure current staff are up to date on current training procedures - Provide strong leadership to the clinic and staff to ensure a clear vision moving forward - Attend a variety of training workshops and work-related meetings and events to stay up to date on the latest expectations and regulations Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Previous experience as a Clinical Program Director is preferred - The required Illinois licensing/certification to perform this role - The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize based on current and changing needs - Exceptional team building and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
