radiology jobs/n /n/nRequired Qualifications/n /n - Minimum 1 year
of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR
Tech); community hospital experience required/n - Active ARRT(R)
certification (Radiologic Technologist)/n - BLS certification
(AHA)/n - Indiana state radiology license (pending accepted; must
be active prior to start)/n - Experience with Cerner electronic
medical records/charting required/n - Must live at least 50 miles
from facility (no local candidates)/n - Ability to float within the
hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed/n - COVID-19 and
seasonal flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions
accepted)/n /n/nPreferred Skills & Certifications/n /n - Experience
operating GE imaging equipment (Philips experience preferred)/n -
Proven ability in interventional procedures and sterile technique/n
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with procedure
logging/n - Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced IR
suite/n /n/nKey Responsibilities/n /n - Assist interventional
radiologists during minimally invasive procedures while maintaining
sterile technique/n - Operate and maintain imaging equipment for
angiography and interventional radiology cases (GE required;
Philips preferred)/n - Perform and support procedures such as
nephrostograms, angioplasty, stent placement, embolization,
biopsies, catheter/drain exchanges, and other IR procedures/n -
Provide patient care for adult and geriatric patients in a
high-volume interventional radiology environment/n - Rotate on-call
duties with a 30-minute callback requirement/n - Document
procedures, patient assessments, and imaging results accurately in
Cerner/n - Complete pre-start onboarding modules (up to 8 hours)
and demonstrate professionalism consistent with facility
