board certified/board eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join
our excellent team of collaborating Physicians throughout the
Rockford Illinois Region! Opportunity: - Craft YOUR practice! We
support the private practice model as an employed physician. -
Flexible work life balance; 4-4.5 days per week - Call coverage
shared with other Rockford region family medicine physicians. - No
restrictions on procedures, build your practice to your

EPIC EMR. - Inquire about additional regional opportunities
including primary care and faculty roles. Qualifications: - MD/DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible - Residency Trained from an AGGME
