a team of four providers in a Hospital-employed position in
Rockford, Illinois. Replace a retiring physician and take on a busy
practice. Faculty and teaching responsibilities available. Easy
access to Chicago BC/BE Infectious Disease. Mix of inpatient and
outpatient. Join 4 Infectious Disease physicians. Work in HIV
clinic .5 day per month. Competitive compensation and benefits
