(CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating
Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Position Overview: This
opportunity is ideal for a certified Surgical Technician with
experience in Operating Room Technology. The role requires
precision, teamwork, and a strong knowledge of surgical procedures
to support efficient and safe operations within the surgical suite.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms by arranging surgical
instruments and equipment. Assist surgeons and nurses during
surgical procedures by passing instruments and maintaining the
sterile field. Ensure all surgical tools are sterilized and
accounted for before and after procedures. Monitor patient safety
and maintain strict adherence to operating room protocols.
Collaborate with the surgical team to foster an efficient workflow.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Certification as a Surgical
Technician required. Proven experience in Operating Room
Technology. Strong understanding of surgical instruments and
sterile techniques. Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure
situations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Location
