Cath Lab Tech Location: New Lenox, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,996 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/3/2026 About the Position Job Title: Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years of Cath Lab experience required Experience with heart caths, PCI, IABP insertions, STEMI call, IVUS/IFR, and interventional radiology cases required License: Active license Certifications: ACLS (AHA) ARRT BLS (AHA) Must-Have: COVID and Flu vaccination required BLS and ACLS at time of submission required ARRT certification required Description: Interventional radiology is revolutionizing the way many health services are delivered. This specialty uses radiological technology to perform minimally invasive interventional techniques. The technologist will act as the first point of contact for referrals and patients. They will attend patient consultations and perform initial examinations and patient assessments. Making recommendations to the referring physician, the patient, and the patient’s family will be under the guidance of the interventional radiologist. Daily rounds will be performed, and patient progress will be communicated to the medical staff and the radiologist.
