This position is ideal for individuals passionate about providing supportive healthcare and working directly under registered occupational therapists to implement rehabilitative programs that help patients regain the skills and confidence for daily living. Our facility offers advanced technology, high-quality care, and customized treatment plans, promoting an environment where both patients and staff can thrive. Work under the supervision of occupational therapists to execute therapeutic plans. Assist patients in performing specific exercises as outlined in their treatment plans. Record patient’s progress and report back to the supervising therapist. Help in evaluating the home and work environments of patients, and offer recommendations for adjustments that will support patient needs. Educate patients and families about home treatment options and exercises. Maintain equipment and ensure usage adheres to safety standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in following detailed instructions. Ability to handle physical tasks and assist patients with movements. Knowledge of safety procedures for using therapeutic equipment. Basic understanding of patient management software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure is required.
