COMPENSATION Guaranteed hourly base pay of $50.00 with annual increases Plus, unlimited bonus potential of an EXTRA $3.00-20.00 bringing pay to $53-70/hour Guaranteed $5,000 Production Bonus in the first four months CULTURE You’ll spend your time doing what you do best — building relationships and helping patients feel confident about their smiles — while our support teams handle the admin. Team setting: stable schedules with a dedicated doctor and support staff create a cohesive teamwork-focused environment Mentorship: enjoy individual support from our internal Hygiene Service Line leaders who advocate for our RDH teams Growth potential: we have many examples of hygienists who have grown into leadership roles beyond chairside PAID TIME OFF (PTO) PTO and paid holidays – for staff working 17 hours per week or more No forced vacations, take vacation on your time and your terms; you won’t need to take vacation when your doctor does COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE* Medical insurance (with HSA option) – for staff working 30 hours per week or more Company paid LTD, STD, Life insurance and AD&D – starting at 30 hours Dental insurance – starting at 17 hours OTHER BENEFITS* 401k with company match Annual uniform allowance In-house CE opportunities and annual CE reimbursement Company Wellness Program with incentives Pet Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Vision Supplemental Life Insurance Hospital Indemnity Critical Illness Voluntary Accident Job Responsibilities Provide a positive experience throughout the entire patient interaction; from greeting, to seating and completing their in-clinic visit Exhibiting excellent customer service to create a positive patient experience, ensuring all treatment is provided with an awareness of individual patient’s needs and concerns Removing calculus deposits, accretions, stains, and cement from supra and sub-gingival surfaces of the teeth Performing periodontal therapy, including scaling & root planning when prescribed Completing head, neck and intra/extra-oral exams to detect any abnormal swelling or lesions that could indicated any type of pathology Examining teeth and assessing periodontal health of each patient to prior to exam by dentist Charting conditions of decay and disease for treatment as diagnosed by dentist assisting during examination Job Requirements State of Wisconsin hygiene license (recent or soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply!)
