Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Requirements: • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance. • 1 month gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance.
