Trilogy Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our dynamic team. At Trilogy, we are committed to delivering personalized care that enhances the life quality of our residents. This role is pivotal in administering daily medication and managing the health routine of our senior residents under the supervision of registered nurses. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of medication administration protocols and a passion for elder care, ensuring that all our residents receive consistent and attentive treatment in accordance with their personalized care plans. Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under nurse supervision. Verify identity of resident receiving medication and record necessary information. Monitor residents' responses to medication and report any adverse reactions to nursing staff. Maintain a clean and safe environment in resident care areas. Assist in the training of new staff as needed and participate in educational programs to maintain qualifications. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Knowledge of medication administration procedures Strong observational skills to notice changes in resident conditions Ability to follow strict safety and privacy protocols Effective communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Medication Aide (CMA) from an accredited program CPR and First Aid certification preferred
