Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Psychiatric Adult Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7:30 AM) Experience: Required License: Current WI License Certifications: CPR Must-Have: - Experience in a Behavioral Health unit Description: We are seeking an experienced RN for our Psychiatric Adult unit. The candidate must possess a current WI License and CPR certification. Schedule consists of 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with an every-other weekend requirement. Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in patient care. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing techniques, policies and procedures, and state laws. Documents according to standards of care. Develops, initiates, and executes individualized patient care plans. Participates in unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance. Utilizes clinical expertise to support patient care plans across departments. Employs critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, appropriately escalating concerns through the chain of command.
