Addiction Psychiatry opening near Milwaukee - Located in Waukesha, WI - Milwaukee 15m - Full-time, permanent positionSchedule: First shift, Monday Friday with flexible hours On-call, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed Responsibilities: Perform psychiatric evaluations and establish age-appropriate treatment plans Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Collaborate with therapists and care teams to provide comprehensive care Maintain timely, legible documentation and submit accurate billing Participate in TMS therapy training and provide clinical coverage as needed Engage in continuing education to stay current with psychiatric developments Qualifications: MD from an accredited medical school Completion of psychiatry residency Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin Experience in substance abuse treatment and familiarity with ASAM criteria Strong background in community-based services and multidisciplinary teamwork Ability to manage high-stress situations and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience: Case management skills TMS therapy training or interest Experience with integrated behavioral health models
