Job Description:

Triage Registered NurseDescription:

90% Triage/telehealth

10% Check in and room patients

Take vitals (weight, height, general medical history)

Take information and enter it into EPIC EMR

Set follow up visits / schedule

Support 9 physicians

Prior authorizations

Chart in their EHR system (They utilize NextGen)

Inbasket messages to patients/providers

schedule 5-6 patient visits/day

Hybrid: 3 days onsite and 2 wfh

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

RN experience 1-2 years min - will take new RN with LPN background

Triage/telehealth exp

EMR experience

Nice to have:

Bilingual in Spanish/English

Outpatient setting

Specialty setting

Behavioral Health
