Job Description:
The TELE RN is responsible for caring for patients that need
special monitoring, frequently including patients recently released
from the Intensive Care Unit.ResponsibilitiesAs a TELE RN your
duties consist of:
Administering medications and operating life measuring
instruments.
Analyzing data produced from various medical equipment and act upon
findings.
Giving updates to the patient and their families regarding their
condition.
Teaching patients about the different ways to adjust to major
lifestyle changes.
RequirementsOne year of experience as a Telemetry Nurse within the
past two years.
Active RN License in good standing.
Current BLS from American Heart Association.
Negative Drug Screen.
