Do you have experience managing a NetSuite consulting team, and are you seeking a new role with a growing North American Alliance Partner? If so, we'd love to hear from you! Vursor is looking for a skilled NetSuite Delivery Manager. This is a full-time role with an attractive salary and benefits package.
Role Overview
As a Delivery Manager, you will manage and coordinate project teams, implement plans, and facilitate business process reviews. You will also be responsible for identifying business requirements, managing requirements, designing functions, prototyping, process design, testing, training, defining support procedures, directing work streams, and supporting implementations.
Initial Expectations
In your first few months, you can expect to:

• Provide NetSuite consulting expertise using industry best practices, business analysis, and a pragmatic mindset to meet clients' complex requirements.
  
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine configuration needs both on-site and remotely.
  
• Implement and deploy solutions tailored to specific industry, business, and management processes, including regulatory requirements.
  
• Migrate legacy transactional and entity data from existing systems to NetSuite.
  
• Troubleshoot issues during configuration sessions.
  
• Oversee and manage a team of consultants, supporting their professional growth and delivery activities.
  
  Minimum Requirements
  To apply, you will need:
  
  
• At least 5+ years of NetSuite consulting experience.
  
• The ability to participate actively in multiple engagements, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel during implementation.
  
• Experience leading full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
  
• An understanding of management concepts and the ability to oversee direct reports.
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  It is preferred that you have:
  
  
• 15+ full-cycle NetSuite implementations as the lead consultant.
  
• Experience mentoring and upskilling junior consultants to grow their NetSuite knowledge.
  
• Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations and client expectations.
