pharma companies on our roster.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a
dynamic and analytical Data Strategist to join our team. In this
role, you will analyze summarized data from various datasets. Your
insights will shape our approach to understanding different
segments and crafting effective messaging
strategies.Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify unique characteristics and
trends within different segments.
- Develop compelling insights and recommendations for messaging
strategies to effectively reach and motivate each segment.
- Craft data-driven stories that can be easily understood and
presented to non-data marketers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights
with marketing strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and data analysis techniques to
continuously enhance our data-driven marketing
efforts.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a
related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a digital
marketing context.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex
data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present
data-driven stories to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with consumer data analysis and segmentation is a
plus.
- Familiarity with various data sources and tools is

$132,715 - $190,680 annually. This is the pay range the Company
believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined
based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the
applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the
Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our
freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party
benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k)
plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles,
the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision,
