• Supervise and lead project management services associated with new construction and renovation projects, including project budgeting, procurement of professional and construction services, and all construction activities.
• Assume full accountability for the team's adherence to procedures and protocols for contract documentation, including review of design and construction documents, contracts for contractors and architects/engineers, etc. Ensure quality and accuracy of all contract documents and train staff accordingly.
• Lead negotiations with construction vendors to ensure best value for the client.
• Provide project and construction management oversight during all project phases.
• Prepare, maintain, and control project schedules and budgets.
• Provide change order analysis and recommendations to the client.
• Manage sub-consultants and technical resources.
• Coordinate and interface with the client and project team.
• Assist with construction manager procurement and GMP development.
• Review and approve contractor invoicing.
• Lead project progress meetings and participate in client presentations.
• Ensure product deliverables meet quality standards.
• Manage submittal and RFI processes.
