Job Description:

We are currently looking for an energetic, reliable, and fun individual to assist our residents with activities of daily living. Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, creative, and possess strong management skills. Must display leadership skills, creativity, and have lots of patience.Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Plan, organize, develop, and direct quality activities for residents, ensuring that the recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and social needs are met.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with residents, family members, healthcare workers, and coworkers.
  • Prepare and post monthly activity calendars.
  • Must have the ability to accept and perform responsibilities as outlined above with a positive attitude.
  • But most of all, ensuring the residents are enjoying themselves and having fun!
  • Must be a Certified Activity Director.
