The RN Coordinator ensures the residents of Bickford receive superior quality care, Bickford's processes are followed and maintains regulatory compliance.RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONSResponsibilities:* Works with caregivers to ensure the principles of assisted living and Bickford's culture are integrated into all aspects of resident care* Maintain regulatory compliance* Communicate proactively and effectively with residents/families to enhance their engagement* Ensure residents receive medications/treatments as prescribed by their physician* Coordinate health care services with external care providers and physicians to ensure resident needs are met* Make recommendations to the RNC for quality external care providers in the communityQualifications:* RN license* Willing to take additional training or education which may be required by specific states.* CPR and First Aid certifications required* Ability to handle multiple priorities* Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication* Competent in organizational, time management skills* Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skillsBickford considers the health and safety of its residents, family members, and team members as its highest priorities.
