Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

• Support daily corporate operations by distributing communications and assisting with various projects.
• Organize and schedule a retreat for top Uline executives, as well as offsite department meetings.
• Plan special department outings, activities and quarterly meetings.
• Manage training and new employee on-boarding for Ulines Merchandising and Purchasing departments.
• Work with department trainers to ensure sessions are effective and informative for new hires.
• Partner with business leaders to create specialized trainings. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in a corporate environment or event planning.
  • Excellent time management, collaboration and communication skills. Benefits
